January Art Class - Ages 6-12

Students will create a winter scene using paper layering techniques along with blended pastels. Picture the Northern Lights, pine and birch tree forests, mountains, and frozen ponds! We will complete their winter wonderland by learning how to draw their favorite woodland creatures.
February Art Class - Ages 6-12

Students will make a detailed "smash" book with a variety of materials using repurposed journals, notebooks, books, and more! We will learn techniques to hide notes in secret pockets, fashion built-in bookmarks, and try out other colorful page embellishments. Students will receive extra materials so they can continue their work after class on their own time as well.
